There may be some challenges as the river flows; debris, boulders, and even quagmires! Let your soul swim right through them and embrace joy as a constant companion on the path.
~ Rev. M. Charlotte Oliver
First written in between 1765-75, the Greek word nāós (pronounced neyos) means dwelling of a God, inner part of a temple, or shrine (Webster’s Dictionary, 2019).
The Apostle Paul wrote on nāós in First (1) Corinthians 3:16-17, when he spoke of our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Our body or temple includes a spiritual connection with our minds. Because we are not our own, our spiritual journey often requires that we find a path back to wholeness with God. Here at Nāós Spiritual Direction Counseling, we would be honored to accompany you on this journey.
